Back up all data on you handset
Remove you sim card and memory card
Only send the charger if the fault is charger related

Once you are ready to send your phone for repair click on the repair form link, complete the form print and send the completed form with your phone by Express Post Bag to our repair centre.

To save any further damage to screen or cells, please place phone into bubble wrap and then into a cardboard container, then put it in an Express post bag and send the unit before 5-6pm at your nearest Express Postal outlet, we will get it the next business day about 11am.

Some warranty repairs will need to be sent to the manufacture.
